Kiyoshi Kanamura, Ph.D. is the Chief Technological Officer of the Group. Dr Kanamura joined the Group in 2005 and is a Director of Transcu Ltd and TTI ellebeau, Inc.. Dr Kanamura is presently also a Professor of Applied Chemistry, Graduate School of Urban Environmental Sciences at Tokyo Metropolitan University since 2004, a Member of the Electrochemical Society and the Chemical Society of Japan, a Director of the Inorganic Material Society, an Editor of the Functional Materials Journal.

Steven G. Reed, Ph.D. is the Chief Scientific Officer of the Group. Dr Reed joined the Group in 2005 and is a Director of Transcu Ltd.. Dr Reed is presently the Founder, Director and Head of Research of the Infectious Disease Research Institute since 2004. He is also a Professor in Medicine and a Professor (Adjunct) at Cornell University Medical College since 1993, and a Research Professor in Pathobiology at the University of Washington since 1993. He also serves as a Member of the Tropical Disease/Medicine Committee of the National Institutes of Health, and a member of the Vaccine Development Committee of the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Paul R. Sleath, Ph.D. is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Dharma Therapeutics, Inc. Dr Sleath joined the Group in 2006. Dr Sleath is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of Dharma Therapeutics, Inc. and plays a key role in the driving the research and development and business development activities in Dharma.

Takako Tomitaku (Ms) is the Executive Vice President (Cosmetics) of the Group. Ms Tomitaku is responsible for the Group’s Cosmetics business unit. She is also a Director of Transcu Ltd and is also presently a Representative Director of TTI ellebeau, Inc. Ms Tomitaku was the Founder and Representative Director of Ellebeau, Inc. in 2004, the predecessor-in-title of TTI ellebeau, Inc. prior to the merger of the two companies as part of the Group’s restructuring exercise in 2007.

Yukizo Kuroda (Mr) is the Executive Vice President (Green Technology Business) of the Group. He is responsible for the strategic business development and daily operations of the Group’s green technology business. He joined the Group in 2009 and is a Director of TTI ellebeau, Inc. Currently, Mr Kuroda is the Chairman of WINGSENSE Co., Ltd and he serves on the boards of Fauna & Flora Corp and Sciencetouch Corp. He is also the Statutory Auditor of BIOMASS ENERGY Corporation.

Teruhiko Sakai is the Executive Vice President (CEO Office) of the Group, assisting the CEO with the Group’s strategic planning and business development activities. He joined the Group since March 2007 as the deputy manager in TTI ellebeau, Inc. and subsequently transferred to Transcu Ltd as Vice President (Corporate Planning) from September 2007 to assist in the Company’s reverse takeover exercise of Eng Wah Organisation Limited. He was previously the Chief Financial Officer of DoubleClick Japan Inc, a listed company on Osaka Stock Exchange and had experience in handling 2 initial public offers in Japan. Mr Sakai graduated with a Bachelor of Social Science from Waseda University, Japan in 1992 and is a Japanese Certified Public Accountant.

Karen Choy is the Financial Controller of the Group. She joined the Group in December 2008 as the Vice President of Group Finance. Ms Choy is in charge of the Group’s finance. Before joining the Group, Ms Choy was the Group Finance Manager of Delifrance Asia Ltd. She was also the Group Finance Manager and Company Secretary of Popular Holdings Limited, a Mainboard listed company on the Singapore Exchange. Ms Choy is a non-practising member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.
